Bob Galvin joined Iconix Brand Group as Chief Executive Officer, President and a member of the Board of Directors on October 15, 2018.
Mr. Galvin was most recently Chairman of Cherokee Global Brands and has served as Chief Operating Officer and European President of Sports Brands International Ltd., Chief Executive Officer of Elie Tahari, Ltd., President of Camuto Group, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Nine West Group Inc. Earlier in his career, he was a Partner at Deloitte & Touche, LLP.
Mr. Galvin currently serves as an independent director of Lands’ End Incorporated which he joined in 2014. He previously served as a director of bebe stores, inc., Big 5 Sporting Goods Corporation and Trans World Entertainment Corporation.
Mr. Galvin is a graduate of Fairfield University and holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Jeffrey Wood is the Interim Chief Financial Officer since October 2018. Previous to this role he held positions of increasing responsibilities since joining the company in December 2015 the last of which was Senior Vice President of Accounting, Tax and Treasurer. In his role, he leads all of the financial and technology functions of the Company.
Prior to joining our Company, Mr. Wood served as Vice President Tax and Treasurer for The Children’s Place Inc. from October 2012 to December 2015. Previously, Mr. Wood served in various tax capacities for Children’s Place, Inc,. Prior to that, Mr. Wood was Tax Director at Covanta Energy Corporation and a Tax Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP, an accounting, tax and financial advisory services firm, which he joined in 1990.
Mr. Wood received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Seton Hall University in 1990 and a Masters in Taxation from Seton Hall University in 1997 and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Peter Cuneo was named Interim CEO of Iconix Brand Group, effective June 15, 2018.
Peter Cuneo has served as our Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors since December 2017 and from April 2016 until December 2016. Since August 2015, and while not serving as Executive Chairman, Mr. Cuneo has served as our Chairman of the Board. He also served as our Interim Chief Executive Officer from August 2015 until April 2016. Mr. Cuneo has served on our Board of Directors since October 2006. From June 2004 through December 2009 Mr. Cuneo served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Marvel Entertainment, Inc. (“Marvel Entertainment”), a publicly traded entertainment company active in motion pictures, television, publishing, licensing and toys, and prior thereto, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Marvel Entertainment from July 1999 to December 2002. Mr. Cuneo has also served as the Chairman of Cuneo & Co., L.L.C., a private investment firm, since July 1997 and previously served on the Board of Directors of WaterPik Technologies, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange company engaged in designing, manufacturing and marketing health care products, swimming pool products and water-heating systems, prior to its sale in 2006. From October 2004 to December 2005, he served on the Board of Directors of Majesco Entertainment Company, a provider of video game products primarily for the family-oriented, mass-market consumer.
Mr. Cuneo received a Bachelor of Science degree from Alfred University in 1967 and currently serves as the Chairman of the Alfred University Board of Trustees. Mr. Cuneo received a Masters degree in business administration from Harvard Business School in 1973. The Board of Directors believes that Mr. Cuneo’s extensive business and financial background and significant experience as an executive of Marvel Entertainment, an owner and licensor of iconic intellectual property, contributes important expertise to our Board of Directors.

Mr. Haugh is a proven executive with more than 30 years of experience leading premier global brands and retail businesses. Prior to joining Iconix, he was President of Sun, Luxury and Retail Services for Luxottica Retail, N.A. In this role he led more than 14,000 Sunglass Hut associates; managed the Luxottica and Macy’s, Inc. license operations business; directed the luxury optical business; and managed real estate, design and construction for Luxottica Retail, N.A. Prior to joining Luxottica in 2011, Mr. Haugh was President of Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. Before joining Build-A-Bear, he served as President of the Mars Retail Group for Mars, Inc. Mr. Haugh previously held senior marketing, strategy and sales leadership roles with Payless ShoeSource, Inc., Universal Studios, Inc. and General Mills, Inc.
Mr. Haugh serves on the Board of Trustees for the International Council of Shopping Centers, and formerly served on the Board of Directors of Aeropostale, Inc. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the International Institute of Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

From March 2006 to May 2008, he advised on merger and acquisition transactions in both the private and public space at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld LLP. Prior to that time, Mr. Schaefer was an associate in the corporate group of Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton and Garrison LLP, an international law firm.
Mr. Schaefer received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School in 2001 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University at Buffalo in 1996.

Willy Burkhardt has been with Iconix since February, 2014, first as a consultant helping to reshape our international business portfolio and then as Executive Vice President in charge of all of the company’s international activities. As President, International, Mr. Burkhardt is responsible for our international business and brand management activity across our non-Entertainment platform including management of our seven joint ventures, our major businesses in China and Latin America and both Umbro and Lee Cooper, our two global brands headquartered outside of the United States.
Mr. Burkhardt has more than 25 years of experience in managing across borders, developing new sources of revenue and managing and extending consumer-focused brands. He spent five years with ESPN, where he was responsible for all of ESPN’s business, programming and licensing activities outside the United States and oversaw ESPN’s brand extensions and new business development in the United States. Mr. Burkhardt was previously in charge of international business development for Turner Entertainment, EVP of television and digital media at InterMedia Outdoors, president of Sportsman Channel and president of Blue Man Group. Mr. Burkhardt began his career at McKinsey & Company, Inc., where over a ten-year period he held several positions within the firm both domestically and overseas, focusing on strategy, marketing and new product development engagements.
Mr. Burkhardt earned his MBA, with high distinction Baker Scholar, at Harvard University and his bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with honors and high distinction, at Stanford University.
